Instead of using point pads, you can draw X's and a point value on the ground with chalk. You can also keep score on the ground using chalk. The downside is that it's more difficult to play multiple games in a row. This also only works in places where you can draw on the ground, like a driveway.

No! The first person to reach at least 2000 points wins. For example, if you have 1800 points and score a 600 point shot, you still win (as long as you shout "BASKETBALL 2000!")

Yes. We do not currently offer kits that include a basketball. If you need to buy one, please check out your local sporting good store or Amazon.

The elastic string is for attaching the pen to the electronic scoreboard. First, loop it through the pen, then through the scoreboard.

Yes. However, you cannot get points from the same point pad twice. But just because you made it, that does not mean that another player cannot shoot and gets points from that point pad too.

A great modification to the game, is to count a shot if it hits the net, the rim, or the backboard. This is a great way to include young kids if you want to play with the whole family.

Technically, yes. However, we do not recommend it. The game can take too long and not everyone will place the same number of point pads.
